Discussion in 'Professional development' started by Yello1, Nov 5, 2011.

  1. Hi all i am researching into how attainment can be raised in school,
thus i am looking for different strategies both inside and outside of
the classroom which can be and are being used in schools to enure
pupils achieve their target grades at year 10 and 11.

    Any thoughts would be welcome.
    Thanks

  3. Before serious ill health scuppered my research, I had hoped to test the extent to why agreeing the means of assessment with adult literacy students would help motivate them to stay the course and achieve their targets. It sounds so simple but doing it systematically and gaguing success by academic results and structured student feedback was supposed to be the golden arrow.
