  1. What are the key features to analyse during an intervview
  2. Progress and attainment against national av's of:
    All pupils
    Any other groups special to context of school
    Find trends, what's good/bad/not moving.
    Compare with historical data;/trends
    make deductions from findings
    look at starting points/finishing points
    Where would you focus resources and why.
    Do home work prior to interview and focus on what you think the stenths and weaknesses may be, always point out what's good and build on this to address bad in your response.
