    Hi :)

I'm wondering abut the quality of the schools around the area of Javea. Specifically the secondary schools.

My main concerns are the stability of the schools, due to a heavy reliance on foreign families and uncertainty of the future.

And, the work conditions. Are they quasiOfsted regimes, or are they more concerned with the long term learning and the long term improvement of the staff and the school?

Any information on this would be helpful. I realize that private messages may be more appropriate if there are direct references to schools.

Sorry just to add some extra information:

I already work in Spain and so understand the general salaries that are paid. So any replies about this would be helpful if they were relative to the salaries in other areas of Spain, rather than salaries in other countries.
