QTS skills tests - can they expire???

Discussion in 'Trainee and student teachers' started by Alec2005, May 8, 2011.

  1. You don't have to retake them. If you have kept the printout of passes, show them to your current provider, who will in all likelihood get in touch with your previous ITT provider and ask them to access your pass record on TDA website.
  2. As stated, they will not expire so provide the print-outs. If you do now have these then you need to have your reference number (the one issues when you took the first test) so that they can track down the record. If this is a new course you will have been issued with a new teacher reference number (TRN) for registration with the GTC (also called a GTC number), so it is importnat that you have the previous number so that they can check the pass list.
