QTS/QTLS Parity & QTS Inductions at FE!?

Discussion in 'New teachers' started by Ska83gbr, Mar 17, 2011.

  1. Many thanks for your reply James!

I do believe that Gove accepted the proposal almost instantly? This is why I posted
I will watch with baited breath. I am registered with the IfL and clocking up CPD hours so I believe this is how I go about earning QTLS.
If I do apply for a secondary school job in the future I'll just ask them to use my QTLS for the paperwork. Why bother collecting even more QTS standards evidence over ANOTHER induction year if FE colleagues don't have to? I cannot imagine these ridiculous contradictions not being ironed out in the fine print.
I've just found the monster QTS/QTLS thread/argument in the general forum. I'll follow that!!
Once again, thanks for your time James. It is much appreciated.
