Would one of the recommendations arising from the Wolf Review - ie: that FE teachers should be able to work in schools as their QTLS qualification is considered equal to QTS, apply to Wales or only to England?

  2. Since education is a devolved power in Wales then it would only apply if WAG adopted the recommendations too. However, I don't think that the Wolf report states that QTLS is equivalent to QTS; it just states that those in FE who hold QTLS should be able to teach in schools (currently they would need to gain QTS, so I imagine that Wolf suggests an alternative).
