    Some of us 'help out' with pastoral care in the hopes of boosting our CVs and improve our own chances of promotion, or even simple permanency. OP - there are lots of resources on TES which I keep getting e mails about. However, I've found myself just creating lessons off the top off my head (based on guidance from pastoral care staff on what the learning objectives are). Search for BBC learning zone for a good source of video clips to incorporate into lessons which will, hopefully, not be blocked like Youtube.
