    Not least of any issue is the fact that so many (non-ict) teachers are are nearly as ignorant of Ict usage as their students, so can do little to advance it in the. Lassroom.

    Look, I know some people don't like girls' schools, but that's downright rude. [​IMG]
    Problems faced by teachers? Good ideas poorly implemented, good ideas poorly scoped by management who don't understand what they're implementing. The inevitible lag between new ideas and their adoption (and in some instances, their discrediting just as it gets into the system...).
    (Oh, and based on the OP, people who can't use the quote tags properly)
