Pro rata pay help...

    It will depend on what your authority considers a fulltime working week to be, and whether it is term-time only or not.
    But then general rules is to take the full salary, divide it by the number of hours a fulltimer works and then multiply by your hours (so say £18000 ÷ 37.5 x 32.5)
    If term time only then take that result and divide by 52, then multiply by the number of weeks you're to be paid for - probably about 44 for a TTO post.

    That sounds like an over-estimate to me.
