Discussion in 'Primary' started by littlemissleah, Mar 5, 2011.

  1. Hi,
I am doing an essay for my PGCE on cross-curricular Science. If anyone could help by answering a few questions...

    1) Is there anything you would like to add?
    Thanks in advance
  2. Sorry it changed the format and posted them twice!!!

    1) How many years have you been in teaching? 1-5yrs, 5-10 years, more?
    2) How confident are you as a teacher of science?
    3) Please summarise your approach to cross-curricular teaching?
    4) How does a subject like science fit into this?
    5) Can you tell me about an effective recent example of a lesson/ topic?
    6) What do you consider are the strengths of cross-curricular learning?
    7) Which other subjects do you find science links well to in primary class teaching? (specifically DT?)
    8) Is there anything you would like to add?

    Thanks again
