    Hi there

I work in a primary school in Belfast Northern Ireland and would be keen to find some French penpals for one or more of our classes. I have found a book with great templates in both French and English so even those children with limited language could participate.

Let me know if you're interested.

Alternatively, if you have any idea as to how I might find penpals for my pupils, I'd be very grateful.

    Nicola :)

    Hi Nicola,

Have you tried getting in touch with the British Council?
You could try contacting the Embassies of various different Francophone countries for connections with their schools, or you could speak with charities that perhaps work in different francophone countries (it doesn't have to be France - arguably your children would get a more interesting experience speaking to children from Benin / Guadaloupe)

    Good luck!

    Judith.

How about writing a letter to a school in an area you’ve visited before?
