Pretending to be a cat and walking eyeballs?

Discussion in 'Behaviour' started by stacieleigh, Jan 10, 2012.

  1. I was wondering if anybody could give me some advice! A girl of 10 years old who I work with displays somewhat peculiar behaviour. She pretends to be a cat or dog at 10 years old hissing at other children as if she is about to attack or pounce on them. It can be quite scary. She also is convinced that there are walking eyeballs on the ceiling. the other children laughed at her and said there was no such thing, but she was adamant that there was. When I asked her how long she had been seeing them for she said that she always has. I don't know if she is seeing things that we can't see or making it up and as for pretending to be a cat is this normal at 10 years old?
