premature retirement in Scotland

Discussion in 'Retirement' started by jintydmuir, May 24, 2011.

  1. Can anyone explain why our Local Authorities have so many varied offers of enhancement available according to where you work, when it is obvious many of us are desperate to leave and provide vacancies for many new, energetic teachers who are desperate for jobs. Surely we should all be given same deals.
Has anyone had experience of an enhancement offer based on recent reduced hours and not on years service?
