    Hi all,
I would like to organise some training for newly appointed prefects in September. Can anyone recommend any good organisation which you have used in the past. We are based in Yorkshire. Thanks in advance

I don't see why you would need an organisation to train your senior students ? Assume they have been elected because they fulfill the brief ( job spec ! ) or because your rationale is inclusive and you are looking to encourage those who would benefit from the responsibilities.

I think in house is best. Does take a lot of organising if you are going to do it well and thoroughly. If you do it in house you know exactly what you want to achieve; outside organisations don't know your school and your prefects as well as you do.
