Has anyone hed this notice appearing on their computers when logging in.
It seems their security certificate is out of date and needs renewing?

I sent an email to help@tes.com about this, but nobody seems to be listening.:(

Set the date on your device back one day and the problem goes away. Don't forget to put it right when you finish.
Edit set it to Friday 22 nd is more correct

I emailed them about something last week and 3 days later someone in customer services replied and said they'd pass it on to the Community admin (ie Matt and Becky). A week later I've heard nothing. Nor do they reply to any tags or conversations. (I was drawing their attention to the HelenREM thread).

Hmm. Nobody with the problem can read this workaround. :(

My security app lets me override the warning, which is rather easier! It warns me it might be dangerous to connect to TES but allows me to select 'I wish to continue anyway'.

I wasn't given that option, had to use my kindle to get on. I've now done the date thing - thank you LC!

Does anyone use twitter? TES has an account on there so maybe someone can let them know?

I guess most people can't find a workaround...

Well you all did much better than me. I wasn't even able to access the Community fora at all, eve if logged out. So couldn't read. let alone post.
I had a similar warning but it told me my device would not let me override the warning and could not connect.
Odd how many of us had differing messages?

Most modern browsers do not let you override an expired security certificate. A few do, providing you click acceptance of warnings that this could compromise your computer.

I couldn't read or post either. I'd like to know what caused it. Did anyone else get asked to change their password?

By this morning I couldn't access Community at all - just got Server Error. I emailed TES asking them to do something. They haven't responded but it seems to have been fixed anyway.

This morning, I could access it when I logged out but as soon as I logged back in I got an Error message.

Didn't have to change my password, but I had been logged out 'due to lack of activity' o_O and had to log in again.

Perhaps it was some sort of virus....
