One of the key areas of PBS and feeding in to duty of care to staff is debriefing after an incident of challenging behavior/injury/restrictive practice that may have repercussions or any sort of negative impact on staff or students involved. This is an outline of one possible approach with some SEN focused resources you may like to try/adapt.
