    someone please help!

On Friday DVLA sent out a letter. I still haven’t received it but got letters from other places dated for Friday??

Is there still hope for DVLA letter or shall I call them? :(

The aim for delivery of 2nd class post is three working days so it should have arrived by yesterday, but it is only an aim - not a guarantee.

More likely, on Friday a DVLA employee put your letter into the outgoing mail. Perhaps in time for a Friday collection?

DVLA might have a weekend collection, if not, perhaps not collected till Monday, and with you before the end of the week.

Out of interest was it something significant like a V5 'log book'?

We had one go missing in the post, probably due to theft. They have money value to some people.

It can take a couple of weeks to go from someone putting it in the post (internally at DVLA) to you receiving it

DVLA is run by Crapita. Hopefully it will be with you by Christmas.

A pack of twenty 4.7 kohm resistors costing £1.59 plus £4.50 postage took seventeen days to arrive.

A bottle of Dunhill aftershave reduced to £63.00 with free postage took one day.

A letter confirming my appointment for an 'autism test' should be with me in three months.

    Go figure.
