My partner is being offered the chance to work in California and I would like to go with him. We aren't married so I'm not eligible for spousal benefits etc.
My experience is in teaching Media Studies at post-16 level and I have had a few management/pastoral positions. What steps can I take to try and secure a teaching post in California?
