Post 16/Level 3 Food/Catering Course ADVICE

Discussion in 'Design and technology' started by cleaninglady, Jan 12, 2012.

  1. My curriculum manager has asked me to find a suitable course for level 3. I currently teach WJECs GCSE Catering and would need something to follow on from this ideally. I would like to continue an enjoyable food based course. Any suggestions????
    Many thanks x
  2. WJEC sent out an email today announcing a new KS5 Food Science and Nutrition. Haven't found it on their website yet.
  3. Anyone considering teaching this new course?
  4. I have been on the Level 3 Food Science and Nutrition intoduction day and it sounds great. I'm seriously considering delivering this.
  5. Straw poll says the students are interested.
Is there much cooking (The bit I like)?
