You could talk to her about time tables, how it must be difficult to make sure people get a balance whilst also playing to their strengths. Really though, I don't think there is much you can do about this. As for support with behaviour, could you ask if this could be discussed at the next faculty meeting? Get it on the agenda and at the least have a chat about how the faculty deals with poor behaviour and at most compile a faculty policy? You could offer to lead it for years 7 to 8 if she does 9 to 11.
