please help - interview question

    Hi,
    im filling in an application form for a new job but my minds just gone blank on this questions

    Are you familiar with ousted legal requirements. Can you give examples?

    Im presuming its the welfare requirements in the EYFS

    Things like ratio, DBS, Supervisions etc

    But my minds gone blank completely blank!! :(

    Please help

    Hi there. Did you mean OFSTED?
    The EYFS gives you all the statutory stuff whereas OFSTED gives you the ins and outs of the inspection process. But much will depend on the job as the OFSTED process is different if you are in the maintained or non maintained sector. Perhaps say a little more about the job may help us understand better.

    It's for day nursery manager and one of the questions is literally are you familiar with the ofsted legal requirements.
    I've read the handbook for early years setting which explains what happens during an inspection, documentation they may need etc
    The job is for a private independent day nursery xx
