Plantar fasciitis

    Thanks. I'll try that. It's not too bad at the moment (i.e. it's managed). The change from winter shoes with orthotics to summer shoes/sandals was a set back but I think I've got it under control and I'm just hoping it goes away soon.

    I've just tried with a tennis ball and it felt good until the dog stole it from under my foot. She's now chewing the furry surface of it. She shows no interest in bean tins so I may have to revert to this.
