Phrases that I would like banned, please

    "Over and out" - poor radio procedure - over is a request for a response, out is an indication of termination of the message.

    "New and improved" - a product is one or the other, it cannot be both

    "forward planning" - any other kind is pointless

    "at this moment in time" - "now" is a pretty good substitute

    'At the end of the day..'
    It's your playground duty...
  5. New and improved works! If you improve something you often end up with a new product - it is not the same as the old one, it's different and therefore new.
