Phonics Match Funding

Discussion in 'Early Years' started by TeresaDallas, Sep 5, 2012.

  1. Has anyone spent money on Phonics resources to support teaching Letters and Sounds?
We've got money to spend so that we can make use of the match funding but I'm finding it difficult to decide which resources to buy, there are so many out there and they all look so good...
I don't want to buy something and then decide it doesn't work.
    Thank you for any help.

We've bought reading books and subscribed to phonics bug using the matched funding
(but we don't follow Letters & Sounds)

  3. We bought sets of Bug club readers and then used them for guided and home reading. We also purchased set of dandelion readers. Children and parents love them. Children seem to love the alpha blocks books
