phonics c, k ck do you teach in separate lessons?

  1. next week i'm introducing the above sound. just wondered if you teach on three separate days or as one sound with 3 ways of writing. Perhaps over 2 days?? interested to hear others ideas thanks

    I have always taught them together in a single session

    I use Jolly Phonics so have always taught them together.

    I'm still very new to teaching phonics and have just reached this point. How do you explain when you know when to use which or is it just one of those you just have to learn which words have which letter? Thanks
