    Hi,

    Does anyone have any research ideas that I could do for the dissertation part of the PGCE? I'm in a Year 2 class.

    Any ideas are greatly appreciated! x

    I think you need to suggest some ideas for yourself which others can then help you narrow down. Research has to interest you. You have to 'want' to find out or learn something. So, what floats your boat? What have you read about that you want to know more? What have you experienced that you want to extend your knowledge over? What do you want to try out with your class?
    Get your thinking cap on then pop back.

    @grumbleweed is right.

    Think of something that will be useful to you in the classroom. Something that you’ll find interesting and easily applicable to your day-to-day work.
    Look for something where the evidence is right infront of you.

    This will be different for every person, so a specific topic is difficult to suggest here.

    The trick is not to simply copy someone else’s idea to save time.

    This is YOUR dissertation, nobody else's.
