PGCE Question

Discussion in 'Business studies' started by moocow82, May 13, 2011.

  1. There is very little subject content in your PGCE. You will do placements in both departments if you do Business & ICT - this will give you more experience and potentially make you more employable.

Economics tends to be only taught at A level and not as popular so this may restrict the number of school where you could do your placements.

In my experience the type of PGCE is irrelevant employers will look at your degree and what subjects you can offer.

    Good luck
  2. I would say PGCE Business with Economics if you are interested in A Level. With ICT being 'downgraded' in line with the new baccalaureate it may be best.
