PGCE Interview

Discussion in 'Primary' started by Hammer1967, Jan 7, 2011.

  1. Hi all,
I have applied to do a PGCE in General Primary at the University of Cumbria and as part of the interview process I have to be prepared to discuss a relevant recent educational issue. Any suggestions on what I shoud research please? I am new to primary with limited experience however have been a Youth Worker for the last 15 years. I was considering discussion around the Cambridge report. Any thoughts ideas or suggestions would be welcome.
    Thanks!

You need to be able to discuss something you feel confident about so if you know abit about the Cambridge report that's a good place to start. Rememeber all prior reports from previous govt are in abeyance for now & little new documentation available at present so anything could be.
