I had a look at this quickly last night. It looked a bit dodgy. Must try again with the reading glasses.
I emailed the awarding body of my certification, perhaps they can help.
That was just the first one i came across. Im pretty sure they must be many many more places that do it.

What do you mean? What is the equivalent of a PGCE in the US and vice versa? If so, it does differ by each state. Here you have to get a "teaching credential" and each state has different requirements. Sorry if that's not what you meant.
Just an update - I referenced this link to clarify the level 7 status of the qualification. The school were happy with this. I didn't have to pay any money, or send anything off
