I am currently in my NQT year and will complete this in July. I am currently
looking at job vacancies as I am hoping to work in a different school in September.

I was just wondering if anyone had advice on how I would write my personal
statement as obviously it will be very different to the personal statement I
wrote when applying for my NQT position.

What structure should I follow and what should it say?

Any help would be much appreciated

    Thank you

It should follow the person spec of the post you are applying for and so be different for every school. Tailoring your statement to the school will give you a much better chance of getting the post.
