performance management targets - assistant head

    I would suggest that at least one of your targets is data led in an area of your responsibility, e.g % increase in literacy levels from X to Y so that you can prove that you make an impact as a leader, then perhaps something more teaching/learning based in relation to your personal classes and teaching, for example: to develop and the assessment used in a year 2 maths class and evaluate the impact - and then some CPD linked activities to help further your career - e.g. gain further qualifications to improve understanding of X,Y,Z
