Pay Scales - What does W09 equate to now?

    not sure about the W bit of the W09 - but the old scale did go up to point 9.
    So assuming you were on the top of the scale that would now equate to M6. In theory you would then be able to apply for threshold to go to the Upper Pay Scale, however this relies on satisfactory evidence from performance management etc over the last 2 years which you would not have.
    So my guess is M6.
