Shoul d we have had at least some pay rise? I was told our governor s were meeting to decide but they had basically been advised to do it. However heard nothing and this month s pay is no different to last year. Not even the good old 1%. Are they allowed to give nothing? Not sure where to go from here. NO one else seems bothered by it?! I just know our nursery fees are due to go up again soon.

Are you on teacher standard pay and condition STPCD?

If so yes you should have. Whatever the case get in touch with your union

(I think that this thread should be in workplace dilemmas and you will get greater response there)

There have been a few queries about this now. Most MATs and LAs seem to issue it the pay date after performance management cycle ends. Ours does. So it should appear in November and be backdated to 1st September.
