Does anybody have any knitting patterns for Smurfs please. We have tried to buy the patterns but there seems to be a shortage of pattern books on them now.
    Thanks in advance.

thanks for the attempt.I did show the wife but this is for a doll and she requires it to knit to the front of a jumper for a chld.
They make the patterns in anstasia? books but suddenly the books have become popular and vanished off the market.

  6. If you've already got a simple jumper pattern, you can turn a basic image into an intarsia pattern using either a grid, laid over the top (relatively simple to do in most imaging programmes or by hand), or using a cross stitch pattern generator (there's lots of free ones if you look on google; you can upload an image to it and it converts it to a cross stitch pattern, which can be used for picture knitting...)

    Hope that helps!

thanks for the idea . I am aware it can be done this way but the problem is the ratio of the cross stitch pattern size to the sizes she wants to knit.......we have tried this way in the past and the wife often struggles to convert the patteren..dont ask me im only the messenger.im trying to keep the wife happy. Thanks obnce again for your help and information.

  9. How about this? 50 intarsia patterns on 1 CD for £3. Should keep your wife busy for a while:
