Hi On return from maternity leave several years ago I reduced my contract to 0.6 but was asked to stay on as HOS TLR 2a- suited the school and was happy to do so. It wasn't until my pay arrived i noticed i was being paid 0.6 of TLR however expected to carry out whole job description. When presented with the option of reducing my duites in line with pay 0.6 of TLR or paying me the whole TLR the school organised for me to be paid the full TLR. This continued for 3 years until this year when job description has grown (!) and no longer able to manage on 3 days a week.
