    My daughter bought me some, I have never eaten it but would really like any suggestions of tasty ways to cook it. Planning a Chinese banquet next weekend.

    I just slice it and stir fry, with a few shitake mushrooms and soy sauce.
    Or steam it.

    I saw something on the food network about deep frying it tempura style....

    Thank you both. Have decided to stir fry it with strips of beef, broccoli, oyster sauce, chili and garlic and noodles. Loosely based on a Good Food recipe. Looking forward to trying it.

    Depending on what I'm doing with it, I sometimes separate the stalks from the leaves and add the stalks first and the leaves right at the end as they cook in next to no time. I do this if I'm adding to a broth or soup, in particular.
