Outstanding Earth, Sun and Moon Lesson ideas?

Discussion in 'Primary' started by RossJ1, Jan 26, 2012.

  1. I'm looking for any outstanding lesson ideas/lesson plans for Earth, Sun and Moon.
I am a trainee teacher and have a MTP with the following objectives to cover:
    • Relative sizes of the Sun, Earth and Moon.
    • Sunrise and Sunset / Shadows.
    • Earth and it's axis, Earth and Moon orbits.
Excellent websites would be appreciated also :)
    Thanks.
