Online Employment Tribunal decisions

    Employment Tribunal Outcomes are now published online and can be accessed at no charge:

    https://www.gov.uk/employment-tribunal-decisions

    Decisions currently go back to autumn 2016 and there is no decision yet on whether they will be recorded retrospectively.

    They can be searched by claim e.g. 'unfair dismissal'; 'disability discrimination'.

    Very handy for searching prospective new employers (or indeed current ones); looking at union representation; claims affecting teachers in general; and decisions, including compensation.

    What struck me was how rare it seems to be for a teacher claimant to succeed.

    Agree with this statement but I won after a long battle but that is just the start of the process. Nearly six months on still waiting for compensation etc to be resolved
