one year in a job?

    You haven't started yet - give it a chance! Do your best to be happy there and look for the right job. So long as you don't have a series of short term posts, it'll be fine.
     
  2. If the post you end up with is significantly different from that which you applied for and was interviewed for then you have very good reason to look for another post soon after starting. If this is your NQT year on induction then there is no issue starting at one school and ending uip at another. Also be aware that as a NQT you should not be given known challenging classes that other, experienced teachers find difficult to manage, especially iof this class is significantly different from the challenge provided by other classes in the school.
    Provided you complete a full term at the school then you would have one term of induction under your belt. If you find a post for january, you simply need to hand in your notice by the end of October.
