    How feasible is it to do Oliver with, say, 2 pianos, bass guitar and drums (assuming it is legal!)
    We just do not have room in the hall for a bigger band. Looking at the vocal score the songs would be OK but the incidental music looks tricky!
    What have people done with this?

  2. The Musicscope people are quite amenable and allowed us to do a piano/bass/drums version (the combo parts and the score) - we only needed one piano but the pianist needs to be pretty hot! Musicscope just like to be asked.
    If you can, get a clarinettist to come along for Fagin's last number (Reviewing the Situation) who can do a good Klezmer sound.
