Old Money Grades - *Y9* SATs Level 5 and GCSE Grade

    In old money, if a student scored a 5 on their Year 9 SATs what would they, on average, be expected to get in their GCSE (Maths, say). Did a 5 generally map on to a C? Thanks in advance.

    Yes that’s right. 4=D, 5=C up to 7=A. And then also, 7=C standard as a comparison. So two grades progress in two years.
