  1. I am head of music - prepared my lessons and a folder of music dep info.
    They didn't observe me
but... did get observed with my 1 drama lesson I teach!!
Couldn't believe it when he walked in. Non-specialist...got a 2. He was quite impressed and I kept stressing that this is not my subject (he didn't care. Could have said it till I was blue in the face.) I am dead chuffed with my 2 though.

Well done dropje - must have been a really good drama lesson! [IMG]
Things never quite work out how we expect them to, do they?

  4. Yes, I was Ofsted observed teaching an Art class one year. It was a Multimedia pathway on the BTEC Level 3(old) National Diploma. I got a 1 and almost passed out because the unit I was delivering was a long way out of my comfort zone.

Well done - you must be fabulous [IMG]

  5. Yep, I was not observed teaching my subject either - but I did get observed teaching PSHE - talk about twisted priorities!
