Which software do your students use? Is it a good choice?
Students have been using Dreamweaver MX2004 for quite some time.
School has recently purchased Serif WebPlus X5 - predominantly for KS4. Has anyone had experience with A-Level students using this? Would you recommend it?
Your thoughts are appreciated! Thank you.
  2. I use Dreamweaver from the Studio 8 package. It's fully integrated with Flash and Fireworks. It allows a site map to be created and evidenced and also the HTML code is esaliy evidenced and altered.
This year I'm going to create eportfolios rather than hard copy of the websites as the latter does not do justice to the students work.
  3. what ever package you use students must be able to edit / add html tags manually and provide evidence of this for task d - if the package doesnt support this then you can use notepad after the site is semi finished but this can be a little duanting for some

    regards chris
