    I was on a training course yesterday for landlords of HMOs. The trainer was excellent. She started by telling us that she was not going to spend time on the objectives of the course because ...1) they were self-evident from the content and 2) if she spent time on the objectives for every section of the comprehensive course on Landlords' and Tenants' rights and responsibilities, it would take up too much of the allocated time and we'd have to go way beyond the 4.30 finishing time.
    I knew immediately that her input was going to be worthwhile.
