    Is it the same in other EYFS places? In my friend’s school only half the parents are bringing their children this September. This impacts on EYFS teacher jobs.

    We have our largest ever nursery class.
    And all nursery and reception are in school.

    yes, very low numbers.

    If we have a dip in the birth rate, numbers are going to get a lot lower.

    this is presumably in your secondary school, where children have been ill in their dozens, many have lost parents and grandparents and staff are dropping like flies...but none of this has even made the local press! :rolleyes:
