What is the difference between a teacher caught accessing child **** and an NQT who has failed induction?
The teacher who was caught accessing child **** was given a two year suspension i.e. allowed to be re-instated to GTC register after two years while an NQT who failed induction is banned for life

It's an oddity. But I don't think that a teacher suspended for viewing child pornography would ever get a job - headteachers would run a mile at the sight of that sort of mark on a person's record.
