NQT year through an agency- pros and cons?

Discussion in 'Trainee and student teachers' started by rosetea, Feb 9, 2012.

  1. Hi,

I'm starting to apply for NQT positions, but have been slightly disappointed over the relatively few vacanies coming up in my part of London. I can't relocate due to family commitments. Is it worth looking for a position through an agency? What are the pros and cons of doing this?
    Advice appreciated!
