NQT on 8 hours a week?

  1. Do remember that if this is a private school then they do not havce to offer induction, Don't assume that they will, do ask at interview. If they do offer induction then the body that oversees this would be able to advise on the suitability of the post for induction and calculate how long it would take to complete.

  2. Ok thank you. It is on the top of my list of questions to ask the school, I just wanted to make sure I had some idea of what the situation might be so I wasn't going in completely unaware. Who are the body that oversee induction? Is there a way to find out if the post would be suitable before I accept it?
