    Hi all,
I have an obsv this week in lITERACY - A YEAR 2 class. It has come at a really annoying time as childrenn have been looking at Julia Donaldson and I had planned for them to finish off their stories before easter! I want to do a bit more of an interesting lesson than this, but feel a bit stuck! I am finishing off this unit so it seems strange to start something new, I need to do a good one off lesson. I was thinking of using the smartest giant in town by Julia D, but stumped for ideas - I had thought of using props (the giant's clothes) but that's as far as I got! If anyone does has some good ideas for a literacy lesson I would be SO grateful (doesnt have to be JD books).

Thank you - if anyone needs a shape lesson or a division lesson that went well i have one! x
