NQT needing advice for meeting parents and class.

  1. This sounds a bit harsh to me. Is there any way you could drop in before then to talk to current staff about what schemes are used etc?! That would give you some idea. Even a phone call or email?
     
  2. I am going to email them and ask for as much information on phonics, expectations, start dates, daily routine etc. as possible. It is a bit harsh. I feel bad for my class because they won't get a real picture of what their class will be like beforehand- I have full intentions of changing things around over the summer. It also means I can't make a proper new starter pack which if I have any autistic children might be a nightmare.
